The Voice of Hope Episode 4 provides information to refugees in both the Dakotas and Wisconsin as well as Tomorrow Legion Teams operating in the ruins of Tolkeen. Episode 4 has been updated to reduce the radio feedback at the end of the episode to managable levels.
